The cellar in Peccioli

 
 
 
 

From producer to consumer

On the lower floor, the Cellar in Peccioli, houses the barriccaia and the vinification area. On the upper floor there are the reception and tasting rooms. The two floors are connected by an architectural staircase with glass walls from which the guest can observe the technical rooms. The stainless steel truncated conical tanks, equipped with a manual wine press, are connected by Parsec's SAEn5000 system, which allows to manage in an integrated way, in addition to temperature control, with wiretap action of the tanks, ventilation and air conditioning of the vinification rooms and barricaia where, organized on niches created among the barriques, some sculptures make the wine making space into a real art gallery.
